Lost Time Intervention / Disability Management |
|
|
| |
IH2S
can work with you to set up a disability management program which
may include establishing return-to-work protocols, setting treatment
guidelines, developing modified duties, developing functional job
descriptions, and establishing reporting guidelines. At the onset
of a case, IH2S is
providing early oversight to ensure that all parties are working
to expeditiously return the injured or ill individual back to their
fullest functional capability. We work with the treating healthcare
provider and the employer to identify modified duties that are designed
to protect both the injured / sick employee and the employer. |

Clinic / Provider Credentialing |
| |
Choosing the right health care
providers to meet the specific needs of your organization and that
of your employees is a critical component to the successful management
of occupational health issues. IH2S
has the experience in occupational medicine to evaluate local healthcare
providers to ensure that, when rendering care, they have you and
your employees best interest in mind and that they can support your
everyday occupational health needs. An evaluation includes a review
of the provider's familiarity with your company's business processes,
the provider's treatment philosophies, and their ability to deliver
a full-range of services. |
